MARCUMRACHLIN WINS THREE GRAPHIC INHOUSE DESIGN AWARDS Works selected from 4,000+ entries
Ft. Lauderdale, FL—MarcumRachlin, a Division of Marcum LLP and its marketing design division, Rachlin Design, have received three American Inhouse Design Awards. The awards recognize outstanding work by corporate and institutional in-house design departments. More than 4,000 entries from around the world were submitted for this year’s competition.
MarcumRachlin received one award for its Rachlin Foundation ad series that encourages local companies to start a formal giving program. The series uses animal images and catchy phrases such as a peacock with the headline, “Show Your True Colors.”
Rachlin Design’s “Superman” ad, which promotes the in-house marketing and design agency’s services, also received an award. The ad’s headline reads, “Everyone Loves Attention.”
Rachlin Design received a second award for its Rachlin Foundation “Heart” ad—a black and white ad in the shape of a heart, with famous quotations, excerpts from letters of thanks and generic copy filling the space.
"It is a tremendous source of pride to have the efforts of our team recognized," says Suzanne Leslie, chief marketing officer for Marcum LLP and president and creative director for Rachlin Design. “Together we have been able to accomplish, in-house, the type of work that is usually only associated with an outside, full-service agency.”
Rachlin Design was established in 2005. The division got its start helping support the marketing efforts of firm clients. Today, Rachlin Design offers its marketing and design services, including Web design and online marketing, to a wide range of clients including retail and professional businesses, healthcare providers and nonprofit organizations.
